A song called "Sucker"

I'm a sucker for somebody or something means that you are unable to resist somebody or something.

For instance:
   I enjoy movies but I am a sucker for sad endings.
   But he was a sucker for that gleam in her eye.

Sucker is the title of Jonas Brothers' song. Someone is in love with another person.

The importance of the song is that you can practice the simple present with a song that is in the limelight.I hope you like my choice.
